What will you be doing on a daily basis?

The Digital Appliance & Customer Experience Support Manager will be responsible for supporting the Samsung Field Service Engineers & Samsung Brand Specialist Engineers, along with the Field Support Executives.

Reporting to the Client Development Manager there will be a requirement to have a flexible approach to administrative tasks whilst supporting the Samsung Service Network.

Working in the Customer Experience team alongside the Service Delivery and Business Engagement Team, to manage a team of Engineers/Technicians and Administrative staff, to deliver an industry leading Digital Appliance Repair and Inspection team, who will operate across the UK. The role will also offer support to the Field Team from an administrative point of view.

All suitable candidates should reside no more than 50 miles away from the vacancy location. Candidates who live outside of the requirement will not be considered.

What experience & skills do you need to succeed in this role?


• Ability to look after a team of people, both in the office and in the field
• Able to use the Microsoft Office suite to an advanced level, especially excel and PowerPoint
• Good co-ordination skills and able to multi-task
• Knowledge of reverse logistics
• Ability to work with minimum direction, a self-starter and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required (approx. 10% travel).
• Has background of White Goods industry or has an understanding of this
• Outstanding communication skills
• Able to understand and support change management
• Great eye for detail
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Able to manage and lead several different teams
