What will you be doing on a daily basis?
You will be responsible for delivering an excellent In-Home Customer Experience on Consumer Electronic products, primarily Digital Appliances then TV/AV that kick starts the Samsung Customer Journey.
In this key role you will ensure domestic appliances are installed at customer premises in-line with our high standards and within health and safety regulations. As a field-based appliance specialist you will be trained to carry out diagnostics/repairs on all domestic white & brown goods - washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, cookers and refrigeration for new appliance installations carried out by retail and logistic partners on behalf of Samsung Electronics UK. The role will evolve to all consumer electronic products in the future. Acting as a brand evangelist, you will offer friendly expertise to the user to get the most out of their appliance and keep it sold.
You will also carry out routine servicing, maintenance and inspection work on equipment that is protected by the conditions of sale, so an understanding of Consumer Law would be beneficial. When repairs cannot be carried out on the spot, Specialists may arrange for faulty equipment to be replaced or repaired by one of our service engineers. If requested, they may be asked to install a replacement.
The successful candidate will show interpersonal skills with internal and external customers at all times. They will also be responsible for diary management, supporting the triage of customer’s complaints, managing appointments and accurate field diagnostics and inventory. All of which are critical to the role.
